 :: Camp Superkids
Camp Superkids is an annual residential week-long camp for children with asthma ages 7 1/2 - 12 who reside in Maryland. The dates for 2008 are July 20-25.
While attending this statewide summer camp, the children:
- Enjoy a full range of traditional camp activities that include: swimming, arts and crafts, karate, outdoor confidence-building games, and more!
- Participate in daily asthma education sessions to gain the skills of good asthma management.
- Learn and develop a habit of daily routine skills that aid them in understanding and controlling their asthma while participating in an active lifestyle.
- Gain a strong support system of friends with asthma and positive reinforcement from adults who volunteer their valuable time and services.
- Are attended to by registered nurses, physician assistants, respiratory therapists, and other non-medical personnel who
 are on site the entire week.
The cost of the week-long residential camp is $300. Scholarships are available for those who qualify. At the time of application, a $50 registration fee is due. This registration fee will be deducted from the balance of your camp fee.

Camp Superkids 2007
A boot-stompin' good time was had by all at this year's Camp Superkids 2006, held July 16-20. The week was jam-packed with asthma education sessions, swim time, games, carnival time, crafts and much more. Below are a few pictures from Camp 2007!
